Najjar Lebanese Coffee

Lebanese coffee, or Turkish coffee as it is known in France, is a traditional beverage prepared with finely ground coffee beans. Brewed slowly in a small coffee pot called a rakweh, it is sometimes flavored with cardamom. Served in small cups, this rich and fragrant coffee is a symbol of hospitality in Lebanon.
