Refund Policy
You have a 14-day right of withdrawal from the receipt of your order, which allows you to change your mind and return your purchase to us within this period. However, we do not cover the return costs at the moment. Beyond this period, your order will be considered final and no refund will be possible, except in the cases provided for in these General Conditions of Sale.
For a return to be accepted, the product must be returned in its original condition, unused (except for the handling necessary to verify the nature, characteristics or proper functioning of the item), and with its labels as well as in its original packaging. A receipt or proof of purchase will also be required to complete your return request.
To initiate a return, please contact us by email at service.client@elissolsaveurs.com with the following information: order number, name(s) of the product(s) you wish to return, your full name, email address, shipping address, and the date you ordered and received the products.

Defective or damaged items
We encourage you to inspect your order upon receipt. If you find that the item is defective, damaged, or does not match what you ordered, contact us immediately so we can assess the situation and find a solution.
Exceptions / Non-returnable items
Certain items, such as perishable goods or those considered hygienic goods, are not eligible for return. Similarly, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened or used, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases. Exchanges
To obtain another item in exchange, we recommend that you return the original item and place a new order for the replacement item as soon as we accept your return.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via the payment method used at the time of purchase. Please note that the processing and crediting time for your refund may vary depending on the bank or credit card company.
